Information collected by this website
This website does not have user accounts and does not store any form submissions. The enquiry builder on the contact page runs entirely in your browser: it turns what you type into a WhatsApp message and opens WhatsApp so you can review and send it. Nothing you type is sent to or stored by this website.
The site does not currently use analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated before those tools are added.
When you get in touch
If you message on WhatsApp, call, or contact Aarav through Instagram, the details you share — such as your name, number, event date and location — are used only to respond to your enquiry and, if you book, to plan and deliver the service. They are not sold or shared for marketing.
WhatsApp, Instagram and your phone provider handle those conversations under their own privacy policies.
Third-party services
- Hosting. The website host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
- Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
- WhatsApp and Instagram. Links to these services take you to platforms operated by Meta, which apply their own privacy terms.

Portfolio photographs are published with the permission of the people shown. If you appear in an image on this site and would like it removed, get in touch and it will be taken down.
